Great staff and very helpful receptionists. Beautiful room with a big and nice balcony. Perfect location, close to a big mall and easy to get to central Cebu.

A lot of aunts in the bathroom. No buffet at the breakfast with limited options. The pool was not so clean.

A beautiful retreat in the hustle and bustle of the city. The whole resort and rooms had all the amenities' needed under a brilliant architectural and thought through design. The staff were very proeffesional and helpful. The resort itself is in a very nice part of town with some great places nearby worth visiting and accessible to most parts of the city by taxi's etc whe required.

The staff were very friendly and helped me with a lot of local reservations of restaurants, yoga classes etc. Also nice that there's a tennis court in the resort to get classes too

Swimming pool didnt look very clean (didn't see anyonr use it so gave it a skip)

The overall concept of the place is good, just needs more staff training and sound proofing

Tennis court is pretty good, the guest can enjoy one he free per day. My son likes it a lot. Breakfast is awesome with multiple choices. We stay for 12 nights and enjoy so much. Pizza and pasta are fantastic.

Squash court is damaged by typhoon. Swimming pool is still with the leaves and not clean enough to stay for swim.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They were to address any concerns that are within their means.

The shower in the room has no door hence, water were coming out to the toilet. The toilet becomes messy. The beds are tripping hazards due to a potruding edges.

The tennis courts were cool. although we didn't play. There's a cool German bar down the road. The staff were lovely.

There is no sound proofing what so ever.. They have really loud music Friday and Saturday night coming from the restraunt Bar, this didn't bother us to much as we got involved in the party but it definitely wasn't enjoyable when we went back to our room and drinks are really expensive. Kids in the pool were easily heard from our room early in the morning.The room had a very unpleasant smell.No TV in room, that's my fault I didn't check the listing.pillows very chunky and not comfortable.

The room was spacious, aesthetic and clean. What you see in the photos, are what you’ll be expecting in the hotel. The bed is comfortable and the room is well equipped.The staff were amazing and very accommodating! They were in full smiles and made sure we are comfortable on our stay, and they have provided us with anything that we need.The property is quite and peaceful which I loved.The Happy Hour cocktails are cost savers!

I would not say that the pool is dirty but rather not maintained. There was dog poop on the grass when we were heading to breakfast. There were lots of mosquitoes in the afternoon to early evening.The food serving is very small for its price. We almost spent the same amount of money for our food as to our accommodation.Cocktails are priced P350 in the menu, but will be P500 if you’ll have a Buy 1 Take 1. So technically it’s not a B1T1 but rather 50% of on the 2nd cocktail.

Service charge were charged for the food ordered but service was horrible. We had 2 orders that were forgotten so it was served late. When we had our breakfast,people were already drinking and so we didnt enjoy our breakfast.We paid for 4 heads but when we got to the room,there was only 1 toothbrush set..and 2 shampoos and 1 soap.Not worth the money....

The staff were outstanding, so helpful and always had enjoyable banter.
